At Toyanto Store, we work with trusted suppliers and shipping partners to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

 


 

1) SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • Worldwide (All major cities and serviceable pin codes)

  • Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability.

 


 

2) PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–3 business days

Processing includes order confirmation, quality check, packaging, and dispatch coordination with our suppliers.

📌 Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

 


 

3) SHIPPING TIME (DELIVERY ESTIMATES)

Estimated delivery time:

  • Domestic orders (India): 5–12 business days

  • Remote areas: 8–15 business days

📌 These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, strikes, or other unforeseen issues.

 


 

4) SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the product weight, shipping location, and courier availability.

 


 

5) ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

 


 

6) SPLIT SHIPMENTS (PARTIAL DELIVERY)

In dropshipping, if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different supplier locations.

This means:

  • You may receive items in multiple packages

  • Delivery dates may vary

There will be no extra shipping charge for split shipments (unless clearly mentioned at checkout).

 


 

7) CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD is available on selected products and pin codes.

  • Additional COD charges may apply (shown at checkout).

  • If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, future COD orders may be blocked.

 


 

8) WRONG ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY

Please ensure your shipping details are correct.

If the order fails to deliver due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Wrong phone number

  • Customer unavailable/unreachable

Then:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply, or

  • The order may be returned to the origin

Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and return charges.

 


 

9) DELAYED ORDERS

Sometimes delivery may take longer than expected due to:

  • High demand

  • Courier delays

  • Customs clearance (for international shipping)

  • Weather and operational disruptions

10) DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS

If you receive a damaged product or missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share unboxing video (mandatory) and clear product photos

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to approve a replacement/refund, as products are shipped through third-party suppliers.

 


 

11) SHIPPING POLICY CHANGES

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The updated version will be available on this page with the revised “Last updated” date.
